(f) upon Argo & Co providing the Customer with the relevant dispatch information, the Customer releases Argo & Co from any claim relating to the delivery of the Products.
8.2 The Customer further acknowledges that it is responsible for making enquiries with any third party carrier with respect to the delivery of the Products the delivery address specified by the Customer. If any Products are to be left outside the Customer’s chosen place of delivery, then such Products shall be left at the Customer’s risk. We are not liable for any lost packages from Australia Post.
